In order to guarantee the availability of your preferred time and service, we suggest making your appointment 2 weeks in advance for individual services and 4-6 weeks in advance for spa packages. If trying to book Friday through Sunday we suggest you book 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
Please note your preference at the time you are making reservations. We cannot guarantee requests for male or female therapists; however, we will make every attempt to honor your preference.
Yes, robed spa services and spa amenities are designed for guests ages 18 years and over. Guests ages 16 and 17 may receive salon services on select days. Please contact a spa reservations specialist for more information.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your treatment so you may enjoy a unhurried check-in (earlier if you wish to use the spa amenities).
The length of treatment will vary from service to service, with 60-90 minutes being the average range.
Yes, attractive wooden lockers are provided for securing your clothes and valuables. The Spa at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Lockers are only available to guests receiving robed services which include massages, facials and body services.
For your convenience, we automatically add a 22% service charge to each spa service. This service charge is dispersed to the spa staff members who serve you during your visit. Additional gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary.
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment or hair removal services. Shaving is recommended but not necessary for gentlemen prior to a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, please do so at least two hours before your appointment.

If you are hot and sweaty from your daily workout or just running around town, indulging in a pre-service shower may make your visit all the more relaxing (our technicians would also greatly appreciate it).
The Spa Café serves nutritious cuisine which is low in fat and high in flavor. Open daily from 11am to 3pm, The Spa Café is reserved for the exclusive use of Spa guests only. Please note all outside food, beverage, and beverage containers are not permitted inside the Spa. Please contact the Spa Group Coordinator for more information on special events and luncheons.
For true relaxation, please allocate time during your visit to enjoy one or more of our therapeutic amenities, including steam room, dry sauna, whirlpool and outdoor hydrotherapy pool featuring a waterfall and four therapy grottos. Reminder: don’t forget to bring your bathing suits as they are required for the outdoor pool. These amenities are reserved for spa guests receiving robed services which includes massages, facials and body services and are available from 8:30am to 4:30pm daily.
To serve you best, please inform your reservationist while booking if there are any medical conditions or allergies we need to be made aware of prior to your service.
We always try to anticipate our guest's specific needs; however, we understand that likes and dislikes may vary. We ask you to please communicate openly with your spa technician regarding the firmness of your massage or upgrades to your service(s) to insure the perfect experience. Please note you must be in your 12 weeks of pregnancy in order to receive a massage. If you have undergone any recent surgeries you must be 6 weeks post-op to receive any robed service.
Individuals with a history of cardiovascular disease, including high blood pressure, should check with their physician before using the sauna, steam room or whirlpool. For health purposes, it is recommended that members and guests limit their combined time to a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. Please do not pour water on dry sauna rocks or alter temperature settings. State health codes prohibit personal shaving in the steam room, sauna or whirlpool. These amenities are only available to spa guests receiving robed services, which include massages, facials and body services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment, you must do so by 2pm the day before your scheduled service. If you do not cancel or reschedule by 2pm your 50% deposit will be nonrefundable. If you cancel or no show your appointment, your deposit will be nonrefundable.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your reservation in time, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with another guest on our waitlist.
To keep your stress level as low as possible, please leave your valuables at home or on you at all times. The Spa at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
All major credit cards are accepted. You may also charge spa services to your membership or resort account.

You may remove clothing down to your comfort level. Before and after your treatment, luxurious robes and slippers are provided in lockers in the men's and women's lounges.
Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. The only body part exposed is the part receiving the body work. All other areas of the body are completely covered by the draping sheet. Our therapists are trained to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times throughout your treatment.
